The questionnaire with geolocation plugin works the same way as the standard questionnaire plugin, with one key difference: it captures the user’s geographic coordinates when they submit their responses. This allows you to understand *where* users were when they answered questions, which can be useful for field work, audits, on-site check-ins, or location-based reporting. From a setup and usage standpoint, everything else remains familiar. The question types, configuration options, and overall behavior match the standard questionnaire plugin. --- ### **Requirements** - This is a Maximize plugin, available on the Growth and Business plans - Location permissions enabled on the user’s device - Users must allow location access when prompted by the app --- ### **How to use the questionnaire with geolocation plugin** 1. Log in, go to **Builder** in the left navigation 2. Click the **+** button to open the Plugin Marketplace - Search for **Questionnaire with Geolocation**, then click **Add Plugin** - Name your plugin and click **Add** 3. Stay in the **Content** tab 4. Publish your app so users receive the updated plugin 6. When users open the questionnaire in the app, they will be prompted to allow location access 7.
