# How to accept the Apple Developer Program License Agreement

## Accepting the latest license agreement in your Apple Developer account is required to keep your app live on the App Store.

Accepting the latest Apple Developer Program License Agreement ensures your app stays active and updates remain uninterrupted on the App Store. It only takes a few moments to complete directly in your Apple Developer account.

### **Requirements**

- You must have an active Apple Developer account. [Log in here](https://developer.apple.com/account/) to access your agreements.

### **How to accept the Apple Developer Program License Agreement**

1. Log in to[https://developer.apple.com/account](https://developer.apple.com/account)
2. On the home screen, look for a banner that says a new agreement is available
3. Click **Review Agreement**
4. Read through the terms, then check the box to confirm
5. Click **Agree** to complete the process

### **Troubleshooting tips**

- **No agreement visible:** Confirm you're logged in with the correct Team Agent or Account Holder Apple ID.
- **Can't click Agree:** Make sure you've scrolled through the entire agreement.
- **Still blocked from publishing:** Log out and back in, or try a different browser.
