Transferring an app allows you to move ownership from one Apple Developer Program account to another without affecting your app’s availability on the App Store. The app remains live, keeps its URL, ratings, and reviews, and users will not experience any downtime. This process must be completed in App Store Connect by the Account Holder of both accounts. --- ### **Required** - You must be the Account Holder (Team Agent) of the Apple Developer account in order to transfer or accept an app. - Your app must meet Apple’s eligibility criteria before it can be transferred.[Review Apple’s full requirements](https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/reference/app-transfer-requirements/). - This process applies to apps that have already been published to the App Store. - You will need Apple ID and Team ID of the receiving account. --- ### **How to transfer your app to another Apple Developer account** 1. Log in to[App Store Connect](https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/) with the Account Holder Apple ID for the **current (sending)** account 2. Click **My Apps**, then select the app you want to transfer 3. In the left menu, click **App Information** 4. Scroll to the **Additional Information** section 5. Click **Transfer App** 6. Review the eligibility checklist Apple displays. Your app must: - Have at least one approved version - Have no pending app versions - Not use iCloud entitlements, Passbook, or Wallet capabilities - Not use App Store server notifications or offer in-app subscriptions with auto-renew - Not be part of a volume purchase program or custom app distribution 7. If eligible, click **Continue** 8. Enter the **Apple ID** and **Team ID** of the receiving account 9. Click **Continue**, then **Request Transfer** - After the request is sent, the recipient will be notified by email and must accept the transfer in their own App Store Connect account. 10.
