What information do we need to update your existing app
In this article we’ll go over what information we need in order to replace a pre-existing live app with the one you built in our system.
Re-publishing an existing iOS app under Buildfire allows you to replace the current App Store version with a Buildfire-built version while keeping the same App Store listing, ratings, and existing users. Apple treats this as a standard app update, so users receive the new version automatically through the App Store without uninstalling or re-downloading the app.
The app is submitted using your Apple Developer account, with Buildfire handling the build and publishing process.
